My name is Rachel, I grew up in Houston and have lived in Austin, Texas.  I have been an artist my entire life and started Rachel Noelle Art a site to show case my works and offer my artistic expertise.  I have been Teaching Art since 2010 in Public Schools, Charter, and am currently teaching art Internationally.  I am a  practicing artist and have experiences in Illustratration, Face Painting, and as a free lance artist.
